Regardless of trades, naming Villagers, spawn proofing, commands, gamemodes, difficulties, bed placements and workstations, or light levels, every single Villager I encounter has had a tendency of becoming completely erased after exiting a world, leaving Minecraft, and reopening Minecraft to return to that specific world. The game pretending that the Villagers never existed.
