When removing the water source, Sugar cane will not break if placed on mycelium, rooted dirt and mud block.

      Expected result:
The sugarcane breaks after removing the water source next to it

      Actual result:
The sugarcane doesn't break if it is placed on mycelium, rooted dirt and mud block after removing the water source

      How to reproduce it:

      1. place sugarcane on mycelium, rooted dirt and mud block with a water source next to it
      2. Remove the water source next to the mycelium, rooted dirt and mud block

This affects natural generated sugarcane and player placed sugarcane
The sugarcane does break when updated directly
