Steps to reproduce:

1. tap and hold an item in your hot bar
2. drag to move your head
3. stop holding the item in your hot bar
4. let go of you head dragging finger (or don't it doesn't make a difference at this point)

Expected results:

when you stop holding the item the drop bar wouldn't fill up

Observed results

the only way to stop dropping items is by tapping your hot bar
