How to find the error:

1.- Be in survival mode, get a sword or a tool.

2.- Hit a mob, either neutral or hostile.

3.-The item should have a bar below the item icon, which in this version does not appear, this causes this bug.

In short:

The durability bar does not appear when spending an item and does not let you see how much durability is left on the item
