This is an ongoing issue I keep reporting.  It keeps being swept under the rug.  It is not ok.  I cannot see my kid on my friend's list and he can't see me when we are literally next to each other.  It works one time out of 3.  No idea what is being done differently the times it does work.  We can play other games cross platform without an issue. I play many other games cross platform without any issues.

You are making a young boy cry. He wants to enjoy his game with his father.  Be a responsible gaming company and fix your code.
