Visual Glitch With Ice And Water In Third Person Perspective

      Steps to Reproduce: 
      1. Go to a Ice Biom that is above water.
      2. Change your Perspective to third person
      3. Run around and turn around your mouse

      Observed Results:
      You see the ice glitching and showing water texture in a checkered pattern.

      Expected Results:
      You should just see ice and water below the ice.
