Mob spawn rates in a 2 block high enclosed environment 128 blocks away from other possible spawn locations wont allow mobs to spawn at all.

Tested numerous times in creative mode the mob spawner (19x19x2 block area) enclosed in blocks (0 light source), 128 blocks in the air (no blocks nearby) results in many spawns inside the enclosed area when in creative mode set to hard, with 0 experiments enabled.

Identical construction with ALL experiments enabled (except spectator mode) results in 0 mobs spawning.

This was discovered post update to Bedrock 1.19.10 on Xbox.
Prior to the update this same construction resulted in many continuous mob spawns.

I cant pinpoint the exact experiment that broke the spawn rate. Only that the only difference in testing has been the experiments are enabled on one resulting in no spawns, with no experiments enabled on the other resulting in continuous spawns.
