Bug - When using ray tracing, upscaling should be available to both Nvidia (DLSS) and AMD (TXAA or FSR 2.0).  However currently, upscaling is only available on Nvidia, and is grayed out on AMD.  The ray tracing and advanced graphics FAQ states that TXAA should be available to non-Nvidia GPUs.

Suggested fix - Fix/enable/implement TXAA, or preferrably, FSR 2.0 when playing on non-Nvidia GPUs

      Steps to reproduce -

      1. Ensure Minecraft Bedrock is set to run using either an AMD RX 6000 GPU or AMD Ryzen 6000 CPU with Integrated Radeon Graphics.  Open the Windows Settings app, choose Display, scroll down and choose Graphics, scroll down and ensure one of these two options is selected for Minecraft Bedrock
      2. Run Minecraft Bedrock
      3. Download or create a Ray Tracing capable world
      4. Load up said world
      5. Press escape, choose Settings, then Video, then scroll down to the Upscaling and Ray Tracing options
      6. Note that Upscaling is grayed out for AMD GPUs

Let me know if there's any further questions or info needed
