Iron Doors mined with Hand will drop Item.

      When Breaking the Bottom of the iron door with your hand, nothing will drop, the norm. but break the top, and it acts like a rose bush. This happens on both versions of Java 1.19.2 and Bedrock 1.19.2.

      Updated Note: This also works on regular doors in creative mode, where the object isn't supposed to drop itself.
