Enter server and experience same weather in same location as other user

What actually happened was...:
Entered server and experienced rain [clouded sky and rain and rain noises, but does not effect the world. [Monsters still burn in sun, heart of ocean does not extend outside water.] Initial person on the server has sunny regular weather.*

1. Enter server [Sicamala is the server owner playing same console split screen.]
