Expected Behavior:
Unbreaking 3 will always have the same chance of preventing a tool from losing durability after breaking a block.
Actual Behavior:
Tool loses durability on every block when insta-mining and holding down the break button, but will only lose durability on some of blocks when the break button is released and re-pressed for each individual block.
How to Reproduce:
1. Enchant any tool (pickaxe, axe, shovel, hoe, shears) with efficiency 5 and unbreaking 3.
2. Apply haste 2 effect to allow for all tools to insta-mine.
3. Place two row of blocks that are broken most efficiently by the tool being tested (for example, stone for a pickaxe, and logs for an axe).
4. Break all of the blocks in one row by holding down the break button. The animation for a tool losing durability will activate and the durability bar will go down for every block broken in this way.
5. Then, break all of the blocks in the other row by releasing the break button after each individual block is broken and re-pressing it. The animation for a tool losing durability will activate and the durability bar will only go down for some of the blocks broken, which is the intended functionality of the unbreaking enchantment.
