Situation #1: Default texture pack, no resource or behavior packs

• 1 player - no crashing, operating as normal
• 2 players - no crashing, operating as normal
• 3 players - no crashing, operating as normal

Situation #2: Added city texture pack

• 1 player - game doesn’t crash, operating as normal
• Player 2 joins, and within one minute, game crashes
• Error CE-38700-8

Situation #3: Added natural texture pack

• 1 player - game doesn’t crash, operating as normal
• Player 2 joins, and within one minute, game crashes
• Error CE-38700-8

There is also an issue with the sea grass, existing report MCPE-160923

Could the sea grass issue be the cause of the texture pack issue? 
Also noticed report of game crashing when adding Star Wars Mash-Up 
MCPE-160925
