I've searched for this issue but don't see it anywhere

If I enchant something then log out and log back in, my XP level is returned to how it was before I used the enchantment table

HOW TO REPRODUCE:
I'm in my Realm as owner
I'm at XP 30
Go to enchanting table, place an item and lapis lazuli
enchant something using 3 XP
I'm at XP 27

Log out Realms
Log back in

I'm at XP 30 again

The previously enchanted items are still enchanted, so basically I enchanted them for free.
