Mobs such as llamas, horses, villagers have their textures messed up

Villagers appear as if they have no job, especially the nitwits 

Llamas appreat to look like wolf textures but with added shading, and no extra details, i went in creative mode before i noticed and a wandering traders llamas were full red and the clothes were green, after opening the menu or chat, they would go to the wolf like textures for a few seconds 

The horses are kind of fine, except for my pet horse Roachy, he is an empty texture with nothing but white and his leash and saddle, the other animals seem to be fine though
