      Update by Mega_Spud:
      Summary:
Enabling Split Controls and then switching to Joystick & Tap enables and locks crosshair option

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Select Settings > Touch > Control Mode > D-Pad and tap to interact
      2. Enable the crosshair by turning on Settings > Touch > Split controls
      3. Select Settings > Touch > Control Mode > Joystick & tap to interact
      4. Try and Select Settings > Touch > Split controls

      Observed Results:

      • After step 3, Joystick & tap to interact now has split controls (when that mode shouldn't
      • At step 4, the option to disable split controls is not present

      Expected Results:
When switching to Joystick & tap to interact in step 3, split controls would be disabled

      Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes

      Notes:
      Issue logged from player feedback

      Original Description:
You cannot enable or disable Split Controls while using the new touch controls, specifically the Touch layout. If you want to enable or disable Split Controls, you must do it using Classic layout. For me, it is an issue that went unnoticed until I found it out later on while messing with the new controls that were introduced in 1.18.30.
