      Summary:
      While sprinting in spectator mode, the player can create sprint particles.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Switch to spectator mode (/gamemode spectator).
      2. Sprint inside the blocks.

      Observed results:
      The player can create sprint particles in spectator mode.

      Expected results:
      The player must not create sprint particles in spectator mode.
