Steps to reproduce:

1. Take a custom tool / weapon with durability;
2. Summon any monster;
3. Hit the monster to reduce the durability of tool / weapon;
4. Let the monster kill you;

Observed results:

    After the revival, you can see that the tool / weapon is duplicated.

Expected results:

    The tool / weapon is not duplicated.

A rather unpleasant mistake that negatively affects the experience of playing with Addons.
