      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. In creative or survival, collect experience;
      2. Switch to spectator;
      3. Use the /kill command.

      Observed Results:
      The experience gets dropped.

      Expected Results:
      The experience is kept.

      Notes: In the preview, items aren't affected as MCPE-156681 was fixed.
