Sea grass texture disrupts water surface texture & Inventory items can't be swapped while on boat

      The sea grass texture is not displaying properly causing the surface of the water texture to vanish. Meanwhile boats don't allow item to be swapped from the inventory, this also happens when not on boat occasionally and has not been fixed since. Please address these issues on the next Hotfix.

      Clearly the hot bar is highlighting the sword, but the bow remained equipped no matter how many times the sword is selected.
