When players join or leave a multiplayer game, or players other than the host change dimensions, all repeaters on the map will go to lowest delay. The texture does not reflect this, repeaters must be manually reset

      When playing in multiplayer, any player other than the host joining or leaving, or changing dimensions via nether portal will cause all repeater to act on lowest delay, regardless of the texture. All repeater must be manually reset by tapping on them enough times to return them to the desired delay.
