Summary:
The bedrock version's head does not shake when the player and some mobs (like zombies) freezes in Powder Snow. In the Java version and when RTX is turned on (in fact, this is how I noticed this bug), the player's head shakes like the body.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place Powder Snow.
2. Enter it.
3. Wait for the player to start shaking.

Observed results:
The head does not shake like the rest of the skin.

Expected results:
The head will also shake like the body (like when you turn on the RTX or like in the java version).
