      Note: this is also a recreation of MCPE-152472, which was closed as incomplete.

      The Vignette overlaps the game's hotbar and other UI/HUD elements (see MCPE-126595 for coordinates), which makes it harder to see the items depending on how dark the screen is.

      To reproduce:

      1. Turn on the Fancy Graphics option.
      2. Create a world and get to the deepslate layer
      3. Notice how the hotbar and mob effects bar looks like

      Observed results
      Hotbar and other HUD elements get overlapped by the vignette effect.

      Expected behavior
      Hotbar and other HUD graphics are not affected by vignette.
