Allays attached to fence posts break their leads and cannot be led back

      Allays leashed to a fence post in 1.19.2 have suddenly popped off the fence post after upgrading the world to 1.19.10 and will not, after leashing them follow the player holding the lead, thus breaking the lead after the max distance is reached.
