      Summary:
      The "old" small caves in the Nether expose the lower bedrock.

      Steps to reproduce:

      2. Visit the above coordinates.

      Observed results:
      The lower bedrock in the Nether is exposed.

      Expected results:
      Bedrock will be covered with lava or blocks.
