Sculk Shrieker block fails to apply Darkness effect and summon mob warden.

      After the player initiates Sculk block generation through the Sculk catalyst, the Sculk Shrieker block do not summon up mob warden or apply the Darkness effect on the player. The bug also happen in the Nether and The End.
