I am a mod creator. Recently when I was testing some of my custom blocks, some of them randomly turned into an item that looks like a diamond horse armor. They are not placable or usable and their names are blank. There are not any bugs in my pack since there isn't any messages from the content log. Sometimes some blocks get this bug but sometimes other blocks get this bug.
