I was building this glow squid farm on my server and I was copying it to my bedrock world. It works great in Java, but on bedrock, items will float up but they get caught on the lip and even with the flowing water, they won’t go over.
To reproduce:
create a tank 5 blocks deep and 7 blocks wide with only 4 blocks on one wall. (Make walls out of tinted glass - doubt this matters but possibly)
put slime blocks on the 4th layer of the tank.
Put ice on the back wall and switch to survival to break so it flows with the 8th flow on the top of the 4 high wall.
break the slime.
Put kelp along one side and the back to make the whole tank water source blocks.
Break the kelp.
Expected behavior: all drops flow up and over the edge of the wall out of the tank.
Observed results: drops get stuck on the edge of the wall and do not flow over (items do not seem to float up into the flowing water to be moved up and over).
