I have tried just about everything to get my Switch connected to my Bedrock server.

Just to get this out of the way, I am using server files 1.19.2.02. I am uncertain if this minor difference in version numbers is the issue, but I wanted to throw that out there.

I have port forwarded on my router to the default port given by the server when it is running.

(starting and ending range as 19132-19133)

I have verified that the forwarded ports are being sent to the internal IP that is set for my desktop. (I also reserved that IP so my router will never change it)

I made sure Windows Firewall was allowing bedrock_server.exe to access both Public and Private networks for the designated folder I'm running the server in.

The Switch gives me a NAT type of A when testing the network connection, so it should be able to get through and I can access the Eshop.

I have tried updating Minecraft on the Switch, but it says "your software is up to date".

My server folder has the "allowlist" and older "permissions" text files with my player id in both copied over from the previous server version.

This worked previously when I was running bedrock-server-1.18.30.04, so I'm not quite sure what happened to make it stop working since then.

I can access the server from the Windows 10 version of Bedrock, but this isn't terribly helpful as it is the exact same machine I'm running the server on. I haven't tested this latest version with my laptop on a different network yet.
