The waterlogged mangrove roots that are covered by all sides do not show the water inside it, it can be seen with other mangrove roots or other transparent blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place mangrove roots in a 3x3 square
2. Waterlog the mangrove roots in the center
3. Place mangrove roots on top of the waterlogged mangrove roots

Observed Results:
The water inside the mangrove roots is no longer visible. In 1.19.20.20, the water is visible on the top of the mangrove roots, but not on the sides.

Expected Results:
The water should be visible on all sides of the mangrove roots, just like leaves.
