Since this last beta, some of my villagers are randomly despawning in my base. They even had nametags on. I've been playing this world for years, I'm sure that this is caused by some sort of bug, they couldn't get killed in any way. It's doesn't happen 100% of the times, but only counting today I lost 3 level 5 villagers with nametags on in 3 different buildings of my base. They were just missing.
