First off, a warning, I'm unsure what version of 1.19 this applies to.

Now, for the bug. When I open the character creator and select a character to edit, all options for character creation I have are there, as unloaded thumbnails which cannot be selected, except for the items used in the default characters. The items that can be selected are able to change color using the color picker, but almost all items are not loading, despite a wifi connection that was checked because of this issue.

I do not have any screenshots currently, but if it would help in the fixing of this bug, I can provide them.
