This world has never had cheats or been in creative. I am using Minecraft Bedrock from the Minecraft Launcher on Xbox Game Pass for PC. I have also tried using my purchased Bedrock version direct from the Microsoft store. I have tamed at minimum 7 wolves and, while I'm unsure if this counts, have bred 3 more. I saw online to wait 24 hours for it to unlock and it's been around three days since it should have unlocked. Have tried logging in on my Xbox one to see if I get achievement and nothing. 

Also, unsure if related but recently had a ticket about skins not showing up and marketplace not loading correctly.
