As stated at the title above, Character Creator won't work for me even if you are online or offline. I don't have any resource packs enabled currently at the video below. And as you can see that the marketplace button is working which means I'm online.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open up the game while online/offline.

2. Wait until the game has loaded, and then click "Dressing Room".

3. Wait until the screen has loaded.

Observed Results:

"Create Character" is unclickable and cannot change any of your skins.

Expected Results:

You can enter "Create Character" and customize/manage your skins.
