I started minecraft up, i forgot to turn wifi on, I went to change my skin and it was as my previous but it wouldn't let me tap the button to open my gallery and change, I tried turning wifi on and this time it wouldn't even load my skin, I tried waiting, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling, joining beta and leaving, nothings worked so far, I'm not sure how to address this, but I hope this helped, I added a video thats sped up to show what I mean.
