Whilst in the Nether am experiencing extreme slow down of certain elements. Arrows and Ghast shots move in super slow motion, and some mobs seem to be either stationary or exhibit other issues like not registering damage, delayed animations, falling like they are in low gravity. It seems likely related to Ghasts, as every time it happens one or more are present. I think the Ghasts are getting stuck on lava usually, but one time I placed a boat to trap mobs, and a Ghast or two got caught in the boat.

This has occurred on both PC and Switch and has been like it at least since 1.18 but had originally assumed it was just Switch and related to the performance bug. I have since moved to Windows 10 Bedrock Edition and am experiencing the same issue. On the Switch it also made block breaking extremely delayed, and only once I had eliminated the Ghast did things return to usual.

To reproduce this just look for Ghasts in the Nether getting stuck on anything, like a lava fall, or maybe place a boat to trap them, then fire some arrows, also watch its shots, behaviour and other mobs. Please watch the two videos (from windows 10 version) attached to see what is happening. I have videos from Switch too but cannot add them due to the attachment size limit.

Thanks in advance for looking into this.
