When falling from a height, you are able to land on a block of scaffolding without taking fall damage, even if you are not sneaking.

Reproduce:

• Build up high with scaffolding
• Walk off and land on a singular piece of scaffolding

Expected:
Take normal fall damage from that height

Actual:
No damage is observed

Misc notes:
I was wearing full prot 4 netherite, with feather falling 3 and an elytra. I had the Haste 2 effect from a beacon.
