I created a world yesterday that was originally in Creative, I messed around for a while and did various things, with no issue. Today, I was playing without issue as always, and I decided to get a little chaotic and summon an Ender Dragon in the Overworld. It ran straight down to bedrock due to the other two Ender Dragons that dug down to bedrock before I [/kill @e]'d them. I chased the current Ender Dragon down after I switched to Survival and gave myself Night Vision for 99999 seconds by command input. Everything operated normally until I got struck by a Zombie in full leather armor. I prepared to retaliate, but the fully armored Zombie stood still, looking down at me, until I moved. When I moved, the zombie kept staring into the position that I was in, and I could not hit him, I then walked over to another Zombie, and it was just the same. Then I got very curious and tried mining. That worked, but the cracking animation didn't work, there was no mining sound, and the block didn't drop. I could not use a fishing rod, and when I tried dropping an item, it vanished. I tried eating, but there was no eating sound, and there was no effect, and the food was not consumed. I looked around me and noticed that the Ender Dragon must have been frozen as well, because I did not hear it and could not see it due to the large amount of water and deep slate/stone around me. I could hear both Zombies though. I walked around some more, and found a Spider, frozen and unattackable just like the Zombies were, but it still made its noises. I dropped some food out of curiosity, and they also vanished. I tried to open my inventory, but it was not opening. I found a chest in the remains of a mob spawner but it also would not open. I also tried fall damage, and I received none at all. I did have an Elytra in my hotbar, and I was able to switch between that and the Netherite Chestplate I had equipped. The only things that weren't what seemed to be frozen was myself, the time of day, and the timers for my status effects. Lastly, when I saved and exited the world, the saving screen did not end, the saving screen was there until I closed the game and relaunched it. I have yet to reload the world, but I think it will return to normal, if I don't just delete it and restart in Survival anyways.

I have never had a bug in the past six years that I have played Minecraft, starting from TU12 on the Xbox 360 (around April 2016) to now on Windows 10 at 1.19.0. Although, I am not even complaining for my sake, because this particular world has little work in it and I was just messing around, but I am bringing it to light because I feel as if someone else may experience this in their favorite or long running Survival world or something that has a great amount of meaning to them.

I also feel as if I did this to myself in a Karma fashion because I did interchange between Survival and Creative and I did use many commands.

Create the world with seed 783978842173371128 (launch in Creative) [A very nice seed for a Survival world with 3 villages nearby]

When you spawn, you will be facing a grass and dirt wall with an Oak tree halfway up the hill. Fly up and turn left. You will see a village resting at near sea level (Y-coordinate 64).

Head towards it, and there on your right you will notice a Nether portal structure, and on your left there is a large inlet with a small pond in it. Head into the inlet, and look for a flat vertical section of granite. (screenshots will be uploaded soon)

Use the command [/effect @s night_vision 9999] then proceed to the cave.

Look down and to the left of the granite patch, and there will be some deepslate and dripstone, head down there.

You will stumble upon a water outlet and more dripstone heading downwards, head further down the cave.

The further you go, the more water there will be,  as well as some Sculk patches appearing.

There will be a small hole made of mostly Sculk and Deepslate, head through it.

There are two Sculk Catalysts just past the hole, and there will be some redstone on the right, walk or fly up to it.

You should now see one stream of water and two streams of lava flowing down onto the floor.

A crest is offset between the water and lava falls, stand there and summon a Warden. Let him kill off some mobs but don't wait too long, then use the kill command to kill it or wait for it to despawn if it doesn't find anyone's face to flatten.

Summon an Ender Dragon, yes, seriously summon an Ender Dragon, it will create a path straight to the spawn point.

Follow it back to the spawn point , and DO NOT kill it. This is when I used the locator command to find an Ancient City.

When you use the command /locate ancientcity

The coordinates given should be 904, (y?), -296. Teleport there, and you will have to dig down some. Fly into the Reinforced Deepslate ring (that looks like a giant portal in my opinion) and summon another Ender Dragon.

Follow it back, until it digs so deep into the ground that you can't follow it. Then teleport back to the spawn point, or what's left of it rather.

Fly down to the bottom, then after a couple (at least 3) minutes, use the kill command to kill everything.(WAIT, try to get both Dragons to be in the same place, and collect the XP that drops from them. If all has been done right, some XP orbs will not like you and you aren't able to collect them for some reason.

I said that there was a Nether portal structure right? Head back over to the village, find the structure and build the portal. (MAKE SURE TO USE THE FLINT & STEEL FROM THE CHEST, THEN PUT IT BACK)

Before you go into the Nether, grab all of the golden items in the chest, then go into the Nether. Be sure to also grab a set of Netherite armor, two Netherite swords, one Diamond sword, and an extra full set of Netherite armor because I gave a Piglin Brute a full set, along with the extra Netherite sword.

Go into the Nether in creative, there the portal will be in a cramped cave, leave the cave and there will be lava spilled onto some Netherrack, proceed up to the hill on the right to look for some Piglin Brutes.

When you find some Piglin Brutes (still in Creative), attempt trading with them by using any of the golden items that you have on hand. At this time, grab a stack of both Enchanted, regular Golden Apples, and a stack of Golden Carrots. Use these in a short moment.

Drop a bunch of Golden Carrots on the ground, and the Golden Pickaxe you have as well. When you notice that the Piglin Brutes don't give anything back, switch to Survival. (this time I screwed up and died by Zombie Piglins)

After trading with the Brutes with the items in your inventory, give one of them the extra set of Netherite armor from your inventory. Then kill them but beware of the Zombie Piglins if you accidentally strike one.

Get your items back, and go back to the Overworld via Nether portal.

Walk halfway to the local village, and summon a Wither (I tried fighting it without a bow, bad move but you have to suffer to to try to get the bug to happen again.) to fight it, or try at least.

Summon one Iron Golem to aid you after the Wither spawns. Then continue to fight the Wither.

After trying to kill the Wither, or when it kills you, use the kill command to kill everything around you.

By now, your inventory should be slam full, keep it that way for now.

(I'm unable to remember where I summoned the third Ender Dragon at the moment, although it must have had some meaning because I was using them to dig big tunnels for me.)
