I’m having a problem with my sons account on Minecraft. He can’t play with his friends and the below error is appearing on marketplace, which is described as a ‘drowned’ error code:

“There is an Error With your Account. You Will Be Unable To Use The Marketplace Until We Have Resolved This Issue. If This Issue Persists for several days Please Contact Support.”

Turns out my account (which I don’t use, but is on the Xbox for family safety setup) is showing the same error.

Have tried signing out, resetting passwords, deleting cache, restarting, hard resets - everything I can, but always comes back with the same message.

Apparently this is a server issue - are you able to help?
