When playing the game with my little brothers we decided to see who could make the best farm and I noticed that when bonemealing sugar cane it was able to grow way beyond just 3, I think it was somewhere around 50 blocks tall when it stopped.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Place sugar cane below Y=0
      2. Bone meal the sugar cane multiple times

      Observed Results:
The sugar cane grows beyond 3 blocks.

      Expected Results:
The sugar cane should stop growing when it's 3 blocks tall.
