Minecraft is unplayable because of Microlags. Microlags are lags that are appearing even few seconds, meaning in the other few seconds the game is fully smooth. In the latest version (1.19.0.5) the lags have become more common and more annoying.
I noticed it while playing on Hive (servers). I thought this could have been my PC but when running Minecraft Java Edition the Microlags do not appear. The same goes for other games, meaning it is Minecraft Bedrock Edition's fault. After some inspection I also noticed the Microlags appearing in singleplayer worlds. It also may could have been chunk loading issues, but I even inspected that and still noticed Microlags while standing still.
These Microlags can be noticed the most, while constantly looking around.
Also note that I have a very decent PC and that I noticed it while paying on a 144hz monitor.
For testing I tried both VSync on and off. My Render Distance was 16 chunks and Anti-Aliasing was at 4.
Edit:
For the next video proof I am going to show you may won't notice anything. I would like to advice you to look out for the Microlags. They appear every 2 - 8 seconds and maybe they do not look as bad in the video, gamplay wise they are really noticable and anoying. I can ensure you that these Microlags also appear when OBS is not open. Even then the game should never have Microlags.

Proof 2 (Singleplayer): https://youtu.be/vLLTP7hV0io
It would be totally unlegitimate to close this issue, as this issue makes the game unplayable in the competitive scene.
