      Summary:
In the Java version in snapshot 20W29A (1.16.2), the /spawnpoint and /setworldspawn commands have been extended to allow you to specify the angle - the horizontal rotation of the player when it spawns. This is still missing from the Bedrock version.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Try set the angle in the /spawnpoint and /setworldspawn commands.

      Observed results:
In the bedrock version it is not possible to set a horizontal rotation (angle) in /spawnpoint and /setworldspawn.

      Expected results:
It will be possible to set the respawn angle as in the Java version.
