This problem happens from time to time and it's getting very annoying, especially for my friend who streams Minecraft Bedrock on the PS5.

when the chunks bug occurs, he spawns, nothing seems wrong, until he gets further from his house, the chunks stop loading completely, so he is basically stuck and can't explore anymore. to fix that, he has to quit the realm and join again, then everything is back to normal. Which is doable, but it gets very annoying.

another problem is not concerning Realms, but his survival worlds. Everytime he's done playing Minecraft, he quits the game, the game says its saving his progress, then... it just freezes there. So he has to close the application. HOWEVER, his progress doesn't get saved which is a frustrating problem!!! please fix this!
