In Bedrock Edition (tested on phone and Windows 10, official dedicated server and single player) endermans have strange behavior. They lost agro and don't fight till death like they do on Java. Also they often teleport, so farming them to get to End is disaster. I had to summon them because I wasn't able to find them legitimate.
