Soul speed lasts after not being on soul block or makes soul block regular speed

      It flips randomly between soul speed effect staying on about a few seconds after the player is no longer on soul sand to soul sand having regular speed like it was another block type

      It seems like there isn't a way to get a certain outcome (longer speed effect or barely any effect at all) and restarting the world doesn't fix it but restarting the game does
