Note: I tested this with 1.18.31 but the bug tracker won't let me select it still happens in 1.19

When V-Sync is disabled by editing the options.txt file it freezes everything but the mouse cursor, and doesn't allow you to alt tab or do anything like that. Windows +Ctrl + Shift + B doesn't fix it. The settings filed used is attached at the end.

      How to reproduce:

      1. Go to %localappdata%\Packages\Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\games\com.mojang\minecraftpe
      2. Open options.txt and locate  gfx_vsync
      3. Set it to 0
      4. Open the game and alt-tab in and out

      My specs:

      AMD Ryzen 9 5900x

Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3070 Gaming OC 8G (revision 2) (Using Game Ready Driver ver. 517.48)

      2x8 GB of RAM @ 3200mhz

1440p 144hz monitor (it still happens on 60hz, but this is included in case the bug is resolution tied)

Edit 1: Modified the note at the beginning ant the how to reproduce section.

Edit 2: Modified the specs and attached the settings file used.

Edit 3: Added driver version to the post, and fixing a typo in step 3 of the how to reproduce section.
