Xbox
I am currently running Minecraft version 1.19.5.70 on my Xbox Series S, I went to play it today and it said "Minecraft needs an update. - Connect time charges may apply when installing update, The siize of the update is around 0MB This could take a while. We'll let you know when it's ready. "
When you click update it does nothing, I went to check if it was updating under Manage\Queue and also checked for game updated under Manage \ Updates nothing was showing as updating or needing updates. I also tried hitting the start button while minecraft was selected and manage game and add-ons and there was no updates available. I have also checked for Xbox system updates.
I have tried to hard reset the console and also uninstaled the game and re-installed and it is still saying it needs an update.
Edit 1: I tried to uninstall the game again and this time tried to install from the Xbox Store instead of from my owned games, This time it showed that there was an update needed, I clicked on the update and got this error, Go to Xbox.com/status I checked the status and all services are currently good, It also said go to xbox.com/Xboxone/multiplayerchat I went there and it is the NAT troubleshooting page, I checked my NAT status on the console and my NAT setting is Open. I also power cycled my modem and router and recieve the same eror.
Edit 2: I tried a hard reset again and it seemed to be updating when the console returned to the dashboard, but then when it finished I clicked on Minecraft and it said it needs an update and did nothing when I said to update. still seems to be on the same version also 1.19.5.70.
