      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Equip a cape;
      2. Create a world with the experimental Spectator toggle enabled;
      3. Switch to spectator mode using commands;
      4. Switch to third person view.

      Observed Results:
      The cape is visible.

      Expected Results:
      The cape is invisible.
