Steps to Reproduce:
1.place a soul campfire
2.Stand on top of the soul campfire
Observed Results:
No damage is taken by the player, player is not on fire
Expected Results:
Player should be damaged by the soul campfire and on fire
Side note:
Damage to mobs is still working.
