    Description

      How to Reproduce

      1. Go into a spectator enabled world.
      2. Summon an enderman
      3. Look at the enderman directly.

      Observed Result
      The enderman does an angry noise, but does not interact with the player.

      Expected Result
      The enderman should not make any noise when looked at.
