      Spectator players can collect XPs/experiences that are dropped.

      How to Reproduce
      1. Use a bottle of enchanting and throw it on the ground far from you.
      2. Switch to spectator mode.
      3. Go to the XP orbs.

      Observed Result
      The XP gets collected by the spectator players.

      Expected Result
      The XP should not get collected by the spectator players.
